LIMITATIONS IN THE BOHR MODEL: A DEEPER LOOK

While groundbreaking for its time, the Bohr model had several shortcomings that ultimately became its overthrow. One primary limitation was its failure to accurately predict the lines of multi-electron atoms. The model also struggled to account for phenomena like quantumtunneling. Furthermore, its deterministic nature clashed with the inherent prob
